The terms that apply to your booking and stay.

By making a booking or staying at JS Farm Resort, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them before confirming your reservation.
Bookings and payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only once we have issued a written confirmation.
- Rates are quoted in Indian Rupees and are subject to applicable taxes.
- An advance payment may be required to hold your reservation. The balance is payable at or before check-in unless agreed otherwise in writing.

- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable.
- All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in, as required under Indian law. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Occupancy
- Room occupancy limits are stated on our Rooms page and must be observed. Extra guests beyond the stated limit cannot be accommodated without prior written approval and may attract an additional charge.
- Only guests registered at check-in may stay overnight on the property.
Use of facilities
- The swimming pool, kids pool, rain dance area, play area and other facilities are used entirely at guests’ own risk. Children must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times.
- Facility timings may be adjusted for maintenance, weather or safety reasons.
- Meals at the in-house restaurant are chargeable unless expressly included in a package.
Guest conduct
- All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking indoors may attract a cleaning charge.
- Guests are asked to respect other guests and keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly late at night.
- Illegal substances and unlawful activity of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property.
- We reserve the right to ask any guest who behaves unlawfully, unsafely or in a manner that disturbs others to leave without refund.
Damage and personal property
- Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to resort property during their stay and will be charged the cost of repair or replacement.
- Please keep your valuables secure. The resort is not liable for loss of cash, jewellery, electronics or other personal belongings.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, JS Farm Resort is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from a guest’s own actions, from the use of facilities, or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, power failure or disruption to transport.
Cancellations
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Karjat, Maharashtra.
